    Make sure it shows that you are logged in. Once you log in if you have already joined the group it will show you otherwise you should see a Join Private Group button to click.

    Show me someone who doesn't care if they win or lose and I will show you a loser.

    It is not too late for people to join.  There have only been 4 games and a good picker can catch up with the other players.  Get other people to join if you know any interested parties.
