It is alternately hilarious and terrifying! The image of a great-grandmother rolling through Mempho on a Rascal scooter with her flower pinwheel spinning is funny, I don't care who you are. But when she rolled into that intersection, I almost came out of my chair!

People like the perps feel entitled and think they can do whatever they want to do. This incident may deter people from dining at this IHOP. Maybe damages can be proven, the group be rounded up and charged, and they can all be both charged, jailed, sued, and forced to repay damages. These people are a good reason for law abiding citizens to get a carry permit.
