Alabama offers Ole Miss RB commit
Alabama is the latest to offer Ole Miss running back commit Jerrion Ealy.
Alabama is looking to capitalize on the talent pool in the state of Mississippi in the 2019 class with several of its latest offers.
On Tuesday morning, four-star running back Jerrion Ealy reported an offer from the Crimson Tide.
The Ole Miss football and baseball commit from Flowood (Miss.) Jackson Prep adds the tender to a list that includes over a dozen others."It's a dream come true," Ealy told BamaOnLine. "Every kid in this day and age wants an offer from Alabama because it is the pinnacle of college football."
The 5-foot-9, 181-pounder is rated the No. 5 running back and the No. 69 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite.
Ealy committed to the Rebels on Dec. 15.
Last season, the Top100 ball carrier rushed for 971 yards and 16 touchdowns to go along with 609 receiving yards and an additional 10 scores.

Seems too small for a typical Bama RB.

He's going to be a high draft pick in MLB. Depending on how the contract is worded he may never play a down of college football. So the offer is window dressing or a play to get someone else in that area if I were to guess.

He would be about David Palmer's size right? They haven't had one like him since. Much like we haven't had anyone like McCluster since.

If he is also committed for baseball, that has to be a good thing for us.
