NFL - getting sick of the political rhetoric in it............

Saw where the Browns took a knee during the national anthem yesterday:

I pretty much have stopped watching the NFL for the most part, and I think this continued disrespect to the country like this will be the final nail in the coffin for me. Those idiot bastards are turning their back on the men and women who have died for them to be paid millions just to play a game. To hell with them!

These athletes are overpaid.  Prices for tickets and all the extras are out of control, along with the attitudes of most of these primadonna athletes.  The fact is that these athletes are too stupid to realize the symbolism associated with the military which has provided these athletes with freedom and the ability to make millions doing something they enjoy.

Whatever happened to the coach who taught his players how to act during the National Anthem?  Either the coaches or management needs to get involved, but then again these primadonnas would be screaming or going on strike.  When all this stuff started, Obama supported the athletes who did not want to stand for the National Anthem.

Maybe these athletes need to give up their United States citizenship.  Then they could be shipped to another country where their rights and life styles are severely diminished.

I think I watched one NFL game last year.  I plan on watching less this year.
Are they still blaming the election for the decreased viewership?

such a piss poor bunch of bitches and poor roll models in front of a group of children.  This pick is a great illustration of how kids are acting more grown up as these pampered men

I no longer watch the NFL, although the Browns were a team I kinda sorta liked.

Nobody despises to lose more than I do. That's got me into trouble over the years, but it also made a man of mediocre ability into a pretty good coach. Woody Hayes

Yes, these primadonnas are really setting a good example as role models.  When I was younger, pro athletes were so much different.  Most of them had class and set good moral examples.  Sometime between now and then the attitudes and moralities of these pro athletes has extremely deteriorated.  Thank goodness I was able to witness some decent times.

I hope the Olé Miss players in the Pros do well, but I won't be watching any NFL.  I WOULD WATCH THE Cowboys in hopes of seeing Zac getting mauled.

Do you remember the old commercials of "I am not a role model" that athletes used to do? Back then, they weren't trying to be role models - they were professional athletes. Fast forward to today, and they want that "role model" status so when they express their political views, they want others to follow them.
