    More Potential Bad News on Ole Miss HC Hire

    Well, I am getting word that Luke wants to hire Curt Roper as OC.  Hopefully I am wrong, but Ole Miss football has just taken a big step down and has proven that they will never rise to a competitive level or compete for championships.

    I'm not 100% sure - but I believe he was working at South Carolina and they let him go in the last day or two.

    Roper still is working at South Carolina.  He called their debacle with Clemson last night.  No news of a firing today.

    sometimes I think dumb shit is spread around the base to add insult and get people all lathered up.  i doubt very little will be done in terms of coaching changes unless coaches leave on their own.

    Luke and Lingo did not often agree about Offensive strategy.  Lingo's contract clearly states that he will have full control of the offense, so Luke's input was not always used.  Now that Luke has been anointed as HC, he can make whatever staff changes he deems necessary in order to have a successful program.
