    Best I can recall every single program under NCAA scrutiny began well before he arrived.  Am I mistaken about that?
    He immediately fired the WBC coach as soon as the academic issues were uncovered.  Freeze was forced to resign as soon as it was uncovered his issues.  The Mens Track and Field coach was fired as soon as the issues there were uncovered.  
    Again to reiterate I believe all of these are coaches he inherited when he was hired to be the AD.
    So again I ask what could he have done differently?  
    To be clear we have had zero programs under NCAA scrutiny during his tenure since all were preexisting to his arrival.  
    That's like demoting a Captain for a battle the previous Captain lost.  
    What else you got?

    I really don't have anything else....you've obviously got all the answers... Such IMPASSIONED defense of someone you have no personal connection with..... Me thinks you doth protest too much....  

    You might want to go sign up for the Spirit site...you'll fit right in.

    Enjoy your boy's reign....I'm sure you'll be proud of his selection.....

    Can you just imagine what is going to happen when RB announces the new head coach, no matter who it is.

    No matter who is announced, there will be those who are happy and those who are upset.  You just can't please all the people all the time.  As a Rebel fan, I will support whoever is selected as coach.  When this coach does not produce, then this coach will lose my support.  Now my thoughts are typical of most fans who want a winning program.  It would be great to return to the highlight years of Freeze, but most likely the big boys won't allow that to happen again.

    That's some weak shit right there Johnny.  Let's recap.  You've spent at least two threads worth of venom towards a man you don't even know vilifying him for things that occurred prior to his watch.  Who has the agenda?
    I'm not defending him.  I'm just pointing out facts.  Sorry that doesn't fit with your agenda and your agenda is quite clear.  
    I'm as anxious as anyone to see who he hires as the next HC and I will for damn sure hold him and the new HC accountable for the jobs they do.  I challenge anyone to point out where I have not been consistent in that.

    This hire is just as important to Bjork's professional future as it is to the Ole Miss football program. It's his first "spotlight" hire at a major university. The NCAA situation has just made that spotlight brighter. Ross must get this hire right, and he knows it.
