From a student who is close to athletics, the word on campus is that the next Ole Miss football HC will most like be an African American.  This means Charlie Strong, Willie Taggart, or Frank Wilson are the primary targets.  There is nothing wrong with hiring a minority coach if the coach produces, but just to hire a minority for image matters is wrong.  Someone should be hired for ability and not color.
