Ole Miss needs one of the mean attorneys who took down the tobacco industry to step in and put Mars in his place. Lawyers like to see who gets the best of who. It is an ego inflater, and as JY stated, Mars will continue to take shots at Ole Miss until he is put in his place. Mars is an Arkie homer who undoubtedly has a hate streak for Ole Miss.

It was said in chat on The Spirit that it was DA's dad who was driving this, so the Dawgs got to him and are behind this, it looks like. They were able to compromise his dad and placed him in contact with Mars and here we go again.
