Who will be the next Ole Miss Football Head Coach?
There is lots of speculation about who will be the next football HC at Ole Miss. The hire will be crucial to the future success of Ole Miss football. Bjork should know that he must get this hire right. Who do you think will be the next HC at Ole Miss?

I think it's between Norvell and Strong. But I think Strong will end up with it. Someone will beat us out of Norvell. Like state.

Strong could be the one. He has past connections with Ole Miss. His hire would justify a minority hire. He has a low buyout.
My concern is that he just could not compete at Texas in the Big 12, so how can he compete at Ole Miss in the SEC? The SEC is a much tougher conference.

Taggart....ever how you spell it. lol I don't even know him and am just finding out things about him but Ross knows him they worked together and the more I read the more I think he might be the guy.

There is some rumored speculation that Charlie Strong will be the next HC at Ole Miss. He is being offered $3M plus incentives and the announcement could be soon. If Strong becomes the HC at Ole Miss, hopefully he learned some lessons at Texas, where he failed miserably. Strong has been successful in lower tier leagues, so maybe this success will appear at Ole Miss.

I thought he hated Ole Miss. Why would he want to take a job at a school he despises unless he's desperate? Doesn't bode well for loyalty and commitment.
