This is one small victory that we have gotten over the past few years. Well, actually, it is huge, surprising and much needed for our moral. I just read the article from a New York newspaper. Why don't they worry about the problems at home and leave us alone. another thing. If students think everything 'Olé Miss' is racist, why did they come to school here. If you don't love it, leave it!

Nutt can refile in state. Federal didn't have jurisdiction.

That is the point though isn't it. Nutt's lawyers wanted no part of a MS state court in this suit..

Supposedly they are supposed to refile next week? We'll see. I think they got what they wanted out of these...Freeze...mission accomplished.
