Getting a bad feeling about this one. State is catching every break and bounce of the ball possible.....most of Bama's LB's are out.....and as usual State has the luck of the Irish and always seems to catch an opponent at just exactly the right time..... But hey.....if they beat Bama maybe little NIcky will turn his wrath on them instead of us....and start with those bells.....

I hate bama
But there is now an ugly level of hatred towards msu I want bama to beat them down. Then i would like an asteroid to hit the 50 yard line

Well, I was hoping for a tie score with lots of overtimes and a game that lasted until sometime tomorrow night!!!

Cousin Eddie was playing to keep it close and win with a last possession.....he's done that before only this time he was playing a team that does that better than anyone....If it's close at the end you can bet the bank on Bama winning because they believe they will.....
So Cousin Eddie outsmarted himself this time.

This was MSU's golden opportunity to beat Bama. The game was in Starkville, where MSU has the cowbell advantage. The Tide's four top LB's were out with injuries, and MSU's strength is its running game. MSU clearly had the momentum for most of the game and got a surprising number of calls from the refs (usually denied to Bama opponents). But when the game was on the line, when it mattered most, Bama made the plays to win while MSU choked. Oh, the MSU fans and the Clarion Ledger will talk about MSU's moral victory, but a loss is a loss is a loss. All the spin in the world cannot change that.
