They are certainly getting nicer to deal with. As a member of the alumni foundation I felt somewhat mistreated by my parking place being downgraded while my contribution had gone up.  As we had not been to our house in Oxford since graduation in May, I went up to the ticket office last Friday to complain a little.  The two ladies in there just about fell over each other trying to find me a spot that I would find acceptable.  I thanked them for their help, but realized that they like all of us Rebels are quickly learning to eat humble pie again.
