Dillon Alfred is coming home. The four-star prospect out of Saraland (Ala.) High School cast his lot with the Rebels on Tuesday afternoon, committing to play his college football at Ole Miss. Alfred grew up in Gautier, Miss., and moved to Saraland only recently.

The 5-11, 175-pounder is rated as the No. 51 wide receiver in America and the No. 17 player from the state of Alabama's 2025 class by the industry-generated 247Sports Composite index. He chose Ole Miss over offers from Missouri, Arkansas, Auburn, Kentucky, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, Houston, Liberty, Penn State, Troy, Tulane, Central Florida, South Florida, Georgia State and UAB.
"Ole Miss offered since day one, they've been with me since day one," Alfred told Inside the Rebels. "The relationship I have with the coaches and everybody here is just unreal. The way they develop receivers here jumps out. Ole Miss is like a pro, NFL-style team...they run schemes like that. That's what it came down to the most. It was the relationships we've been having since day one."
