Congrats to A&M - Bjork is now Ohio State's problem

Amazing how that guy can keep failing and landing jobs.

Getting rid of Dumbo Fisher and Ross Bjerk are great moves for TAMU.

Oh yea. Nobody and I mean nobody is sad to see him go

Most like me are just disappointed that he wasn’t fired the instant he tried to hire Mark Stoops

That should have been a firing and a severe beating to go along with it.

Re: Congrats to A&M - Bjork is now Ohio State's problem

You have to wonder how incompetent people like Bjerk keep surviving.  It is still a mystery how he got his job at Ole Miss.  He came out of the dark over the course of a weekend to become the AD at Ole Miss.  There was a connection somewhere, and a big donor pushed Bjerk to Ole Miss.  Ole Miss said thank you, TAMU, for hiring Bjerk, and then TAMU said thank you, OSU, for hiring Bjerk.  It will be interesting to see what shenanigans he pulls at OSU.

Re: Congrats to A&M - Bjork is now Ohio State's problem

This was Bjork in a interview today trying to white wash the huge cluster he did trying to hite Stoops.  Everyone at A&M knows this is a BS lie.

“Here’s what people, they don’t really realize about the process" he said. "The athletic director and the team — whatever that may look like — we run a search process. We make recommendations to the President. ‘I would like to hire this person,’ or, ‘I think this is the No. 1 candidate.’ That’s how it works on every institution. No athletic director has the full autonomy to say, ‘I’m absolutely going to hire this person and no one else is involved.’ That’s where it goes back to alignment, that’s where it goes back to process and communication."

“So how that name (Stoops) got out there — of course, he was a candidate. But we didn’t hire him. We hired Mike Elko, and Mike Elko is a great coach, and we’re gonna meet them in the playoffs because he’s going to build it. So at the end of the day, who did you hire and how did you get there? That’s what matters the most. So searches in today’s world are really, really probably unrealistic in terms of because of social media, because of plane tracking, because of whatever. And so that’s what you have to do is just go through a process and pick the right person, and that’s what we did.”

My reply to the clown

Someone ask the butt bandit, so you had the power to fire Jimbo Fisher alone, with nobody else weighing in. Firing a guy that you owe 80+ million dollars. I mean, that is what you said. That it was your decision alone. You said you called the school president and told him you were firing him.  That’s it, your decision.

But now you are saying that you didn’t have the authority to hire a new coach.

Whatever you can say about Ross Bjork, you have to give him credit for this: Ross Bjork is a Jedi Master when it comes to looking out for Ross Bjork.
