Devin Harper
Buddy of mine (retired coach here in Texas) is teaching in Shreveport at Captain Shreve where Harper played this past season. Said he is the best OL prospect he has seen coming out of HS.
Harper just transferred to Calvary (private school) in Shreveport. Same school that Shea Patterson went to. Everyone knows that Calvary recruits etc. my personal experience with the Patterson family and Calvary I know it factually
But anyway, hard to get a Louisiana kid out of Capt Shreve unless you are lsu
But Calvary sends them everywhere (my opinion is the staff at Calvary gets the kickbacks, so they are only loyal to $$)
But Harper really likes OM.

OL is a huge position of need. I'm not sure if it's the talent, or if it's Garrison - or combination of both, but OL was a big issue for us. Kid looks really good and has great size.
