Mike Elko to TAMU, Jeff Lebby to MS State
Elko hasn’t been at Duke long but seems like he’s maximized the talent there pretty well - not a “splash” hire but making a splash backfired on TAMU last time
Lebby - this Will be his first Head Coach job…only time will tell how he will do

With State hiring Lebby it really seems like a little brother move. I think they think Lebby was the real genius when he coached under Kiffin and he will
know how to beat Kiffin.
A&M has the talent and will get more talent. All they need is someone to actually coach them well.

From what I’ve seen, Elko is a good coach —- before he went to Duke, he was Jimbo’s DC at TAMU so has has familiarity with the school and knows the booster culture, etc

Both are pretty good hires. Elko is gonna do very well at A&M with all of the talent that they have. The Lebby hire is gonna be an interesting one to watch. The first thing he's gonna have to do is to find a starting QB (or convince Rodgers to remove himself from the portal).
