Cant admit the kid was a turd, was a me player, then tried everything in the book that is buzz words for the liberals these days. Mental Health, Race etc
He miscalculation is that its not 2017-2019 anymore and many of the woke alarmist are being ignored these days by the mass majority or reasonable thinkers. People have grown sick of that mess.
Not going to stop a few of the wokesters from trying and the ones with a outlet will try their best to use a kid like this one to push their narrative that real men are bad, football teached young men to be violent, more directly-violent towards women. Masculinity is Toxic, etc etc

The transcript of this was on ESPN last month. The kid is just looking for a payday after figuring out he's not gonna get any PT.

Just from reading about the situation, it seems like the kid just didn’t show up or respond to any coaches messages for several weeks. If that is the case then how can kiffin or Ole Miss be responsible for anything? I hate what America has become.

He is looking for a big payday and pulling all the stops. Unfortunately, this brings negative publicity, unneeded stress, and costs to the system and the taxpayers. There needs to be a situation where the defendant can do a reverse suit if the case is considered frivolous, and the plaintiff of the original case should be held liable to pay all court costs, the defendant's legal fee, plus an amount for pain and suffering by the defendant.
