A Jimbo Fisher for……well, nothing. Someone please just take him

Do you think TAMU will make a move this year? And if so - mid season or end of year?

Weigman getting injured really made A&M a different team offensively. I have no idea how much is left on Jimbo's contract, but I think it's all guaranteed money. The good news is A&M has a huge alumni base and lots of money.
I'm thinking that Pittman and Arnett will both be gone after this season. Feel bad for Pittman - the guy has been close in so many games and seems like a genuinely nice guy.
Who do you think would be A&M's target?

Pittman is probably gone, and you are right; he is a good man and a good coach but looks snake bit to me. Jimbo has no excuses or reasons for his regime. The support and successful recruiting, at least, on paper is in the best category of the country. Arnett will be given another year, even though Rosebowl is going after him really hard, as if Arnett is a minor criminal. MSU alumni and supporters hate the NIL, and as a whole, will not support it! Some of this post is my opinion and some of it is as factual I could possibly know.

Pittman being so close but just falling short shows you how tough it is to win in this league. Also shows you how getting a little help here and there at just the right time from the officials has helped Bama be as unbeatable as they have been under Saban.

I honestly think overall Pittman has done a good job at Arkansas — this year has been rough, but his other years — have been solid. It’s Arkansas — there’s not an Alabama level ceiling
What I think is really hurting him, though, are home losses to Liberty (late last year) and BYU (earlier this season)
On Arnett — I just don’t see firing him after only one year — but if they should go 0-8 in SEC play, who knows?? That Arkansas game is big for them.
Fisher — I almost wonder if Weigman getting injured will be an “excuse” to give him another year — and part of me things he won’t be let go this year regardless

State is a weird place. Remember them giving Moorehead a raise and an extension, and then we hired Kiffin and the next thing you know they fire Moorehead and hired Leach (R.I.P.) to try to get their names in the headlines too? Everything they do is pretty much in reaction to Ole Miss. If we manage to finish out the season 10-2, and State struggles with only 1 SEC win, then you can bet they'll fire Arnett. I honestly think State will wait to see how we finish up, and that'll dictate what they do. They're an overly obsessed bunch.

You have a point — but if they do fire him after on year, and they’re not able to hire a sitting HC, and start talking to coordinators— what happens when those coordinators start asking “what happens if I don’t win in year one?”
And maybe I’m way overthinking — and honestly if they make such decisions based on what Ole Miss does or doesn’t do, thats just wreckless on their part.

We already gave you Durkin and Bjerk!!!
Jimbo has proven himself a mediocre coach who knows when to run, like his exit from FSU to TAMU. Now, where will he exit from TAMU?

Will A&M fire Jimbo this season? Unless they finish 6-6 definitely not.
8-4 nope and a bowl win definitely not.
But I have seen enough
