7 weeks later

going on 8, and still no word from the ncaa on their farce of an investigation into Ole Miss.

what the actual fruit is going on.  multiple other programs with issue that were more disturbing than players taking naps on couches or hunting on property got off with wrist slaps.  I guess it all comes down to if leo and msu colluded with the ncaa or not and if it was/could be proven.  So much hate building up for all things football right now

If I'm not losing my mind I seem to remember that next week is the magic 8 week window where they  typically report out.....

Re: 7 weeks later

Someone reported that the NCAA was intentional delaying until after the Egg Bowl. Can't remember who reported that - Godfrey maybe? If that was true and I'm Ole Miss, I would raise all sorts of hell. The longer this goes, the worse for the program.

Re: 7 weeks later

It was Pat Forde and Bjork came out today blasting that notion. He said that Pat wouldn't know that and at best is a guess but an irresponsible one on the part of a journalist.

Forde is probably being fed this information like he most likely was in the past.  He may actually know the time table better that Bjork.
