The offensive play calling seemed to be very lacking. There is no doubt that the QB position is not as stable as last year, but hopefully someone will step up. The center had many bad snaps and the defense was bend but don't break. Kentucky will give the Rebels a lot more than Tulsa did this weekend, so the team better get ready to play a highly ranked and good Wildcat team.

I doubt very seriously you will see the same team show up next week against a top 10 team than you saw today against a team you just want to beat and not get anyone hurt with a zero sum gameplan.

FWIW Kentucky is tied 14-14 with Northern Illinois at the Half

If Weiss was doing the play calling, Lane needs to take over on that. If Tulsa's starting QB didn't get hurt, we would have lost this game.
Tulsa dared ya to throw the ball, and we showed we couldn't. Man, I don't know if this offense can get fixed. But something big-time has to change.

This game was a great wake up call to get their heads out of the clouds and remind themselves that they're going to get their butts handed to them next week with another performance like we witnessed today. This was what those boys needed to get their attention and get focused for Kentucky. Its just as good as a loss for Lane to get them ready next week. I guarantee you, that we are not going to see this BS next week. Lane will take full advantage of it.
