    He earned it.  He gets credit for the wins if he takes the blame for the losses.

    I agree. He proved me absolutely wrong. I had always defended him, but gave up on him this season. Very happy to be eating crow.

    I think most feel the same way.  Some frustrating years along the way, but he Finished the job. He earned it.  He also got to crap on MSU’s title as it was short lived.  lol

    I know the FSU fans would gladly trade for one.  Mike Martin was their HC for 40 years, 17 trips to Omaha and never won the crown. Some major choke jobs in some of those seasons.  Its Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium ( they didn’t wait ling to can his son though after this season just 3 years and they had seen enough).  Never understood Them naming the stadium Howser before as he was just a player in the 50’s.  A All American, but to name the stadium after.  I guess because he died in 87 and it opened in 88.


    Anyway Bianco earned it.

    During SEC play and towards the end of the season, I was riding the "let's make a change bus" and did not feel confident in Bianco.  Of course, now I have changed my mind.  Bianco rallied the team, made some adjustments and won the CWS.  Now there is no way Ole Miss can make a change unless Bianco decides to retire and go out in style.

    One common denominator of Bianco taking his team to the CWS is that his job was in jeopardy.  Maybe the fans and administration need to put his job on the line about 3/4 of the way through the season.  Perhaps this will ensure another trip to Omaha!!!
