IPF is showing its age

At the OL Camp with my youngest nephew and it really needs some TLC.

Re: IPF is showing its age

How old is the facility?  Maybe the AD should have considered making better contracts and not wasting money on former coaches' salaries and using the funds for facilities improvements.  Also, what about all the SEC money?  You can be assured that someone is spending like a drunken sailor at Ole Miss and has no real regard for the money since it is not coming out of their pocket.

Re: IPF is showing its age

For the last 15 years, the overall quality of most construction that I’ve seen is just subpar. The cost of materials cost of labor, all the hoops that people have to jump through just to get approvals to build has made it where any new construction has to cut corner somewhere

I can’t tell you how many buildings that I’ve seen that I just don’t see lasting another 20 years without being demoed or major structural renovations

Great size, especially at 16 years of age.  Where is he in school?
