I realize that every team can’t be a champion, I understand not every team is going to win every game. But when you working hard and making progress it truly is crazy how fast you can fall from the smallest things that add up to become huge mountains.
Freeze allowed the quick ascendancy of his career to get to his head and he fell victim to pride and other vices.
What I don’t understand is how many times we can lose games in such gut wrenching fashion. Especially to Arkansas. I just don’t understand how we as a program can do some pretty solid things and then allow complete self-destruction to take away everything that we work for as a program and as a Fanbase.
I Truly doubt God is a football fan but he loves people and either we as a program or doing something terribly wrong that warrants these types of punishments or he has something great lined up for us which requires this type of complete destruction of our will before we can truly move forward.
I have no idea, but I know I’m going to pray for this team and our program and just know that by the end of November this coaching staff will be fired and we will be looking for an entirely new set of people to take over. The NCAA has to be done with their deliberations and hand down the final verdict which is long overdue and is created and overburdened some situation for us
Life is not fair and It is easy to forget the good times and dwell on the bad times, but it truly is something to behold how bad we can’t fall apart as quickly as we do

Well Mob I hate to rain on your positive hopes but just remember the same brain trust that surrendered us to the NCAA is going to make the hire of the next staff.....

That’s why you have to pray, because you’re not going to get what we hope for out of our administration and University at this point, we need to have a higher power at this point

How can you have much faith in the upcoming hire and current administration after you study their past history of coaching searches and hires? Ole Miss fans will have to face the fact that no big name potential coach who is in demand does not really want to be in Oxford. Oxford is a great college town, but there are better places than Oxford. The in demand coach will have other possibilities that could be better options for them.

Because why add insult to injury with a bad attitude.

The current admin at Ole Miss hasn't made a hire in any of the three major sports so I'm not really sure what you mean by studying their past history of coaching searches and hired? Do you mean what they did at other places they've worked?

No I meant they were in charge when the last hires took place.....or did those coaches just show up on their own....with no oversight of the process......and the exact same bodies might not have been there but the same 'system' is in place that keeps reloading with people incapable of running a major program....
