Bianco is one of the highest-paid coaches in NCAA baseball but has only made one trip to Omaha.  He was given a contract extension in 2020, so apparently, his contract ends in 2024.  It is obvious that his production does not match his ranking salary. 

The end of the 2022 season will be interesting.  Carter will probably not add years to Bianco's contract.  Once again Bianco will have his back against the wall, which generally makes him perform better.  Next year will be a good enough year to give Bianco an extension on his contract, so WAOM prevails and Bianco gets a new contract through 2028.
