The Bad News Bianco Bears put up another dismal performance and once again lose when they should win. Carter needs to create a plan to give Bianco an exit from being the HC for Ole Miss baseball.

I cannot figure out what's wrong with this team. The lack of hitting is ridiculous. And Bianco's decisions with pitching continue to hurt this team. It's time for him to retire.

The talking heads keep coming up with excuses. They are worse than Biden's Administration coming up with why nothing is working right. It took Bianco over three weeks to make a significant change in the line up and It looks promising - the guys have got to get their heads on straight and start hitting. We knew with our pitching "shortage", we would have to outscore teams in order for us to win. Getting 2 o 3 hits a game won't get it done.r

The game of baseball has passed him by. Bianco has done a lot for Ole Miss, but if he were such a hot commodity and in demand, why have other schools not beat down the door to hire him? Unfortunately, Bianco will not leave on his own. He is very comfortable in Oxford and at Ole Miss, he has a cushy job with high pay and low expectations.
So what if you don't make Omaha? So what if you don't get out of a Super Regional? So what if you don't get into a Regional? So what if you are not successful? You can always use the rebuilding or lack of scholarhsips excuse. All it takes is one decent season every few years for Bianco to keep his job.
It is past time to retire Bianco with grace and move on to find another head baseball coach who will hopefully be successful at Ole Miss.
