Right now they have 17 signed, now that includes Hurst who could or could not be in this class ( see my thread on him)
also 11 transfers, so if Hurst were to make it, that would give OM 4 more spots to reach the 32 allowable this year, and without him 5 spots.
With Hurst's eligibility now in question and Tim G also now a JUCO guy, I would expect OM to be searching for a couple of OL this spring in the transfer portal. Probably after schools have spring ball, some good OL will not be happy with their current circumstances and will be looking to transfer.
The walk on All American JUCO center Gatz that enrolled last week is even more important now for the spring.
I look for OM to go after 2 OL and a WR ( Henry or Smith most likely) and most likely a LB this spring

One thing I like about Lane compared to previous coaches is that he recruits for needs. In the past the HCs rarely recruited DLs or LBs. As a result, the cupboard was bare at those positions. It seems like previous coaches were focused on skill positions and did not consider the positions of need.
