Nix would have been a good QB and could have really developed under Kiffin.  LK and his staff probably have several QB targets including Cameron Ward from Incarnate Word and Jack Miller from Ohio State.  One thing to consider about the portal and transfers, there is no document signed, so anyone is a target, even if they have already signed with another school.  Schools can get a commitment from someone in the portal, but until they show up on campus and sign up for classes, they are still eligible to play where they choose.
