Has anyone heard any more concrete plans for what the AD is wanting to do with the West side of the stadium? From what I've been hearing:
* West Side to be demolished immediately after the 2023 season
* Modern press boxes to be built
* More suites to be built
* Upper deck to be built? I'm not sure where I heard this from, but doesn't really make sense, IMO.
What is everyone hearing?

In the past, Ole Miss made elaborate plans to update the stadium. The final product was not as advertised and most fans were disappointed. We will see what actually transpires when construction is complete.
The bad thing about an Ole Miss stadium upgrade is that the Mississippi Board of Regents has to approve everything. With this approval comes the resentment from Bullfraud and Golden Buzzard alumni who will most likely vote against anything that makes Miss better than their school.

To be fair, that only happened once; the last one. All other upgrades have been to plan. Bjork is the one that swindled people out of their money to deliver a subpar product. He also ruined the best part of the stadium we had in the SEZ.

They have to fix parking if they don't want to continuously have to beg to fill up the stadium.

THIS!
Parking is such a huge pain point in going to games. I was thinking about going to the game this weekend, but parking is why I'm not going.

If people (without a campus pass) had a dedicated place to park instead of 1,000 small lots scattered throughout Oxford, we wouldn't have this issue.

Yep, honestly, I am not even sure where to park these days due to how wide spread it is. I looked at the website that indicates all of those different areas you can park and get a shuttle, and that's just ridiculous.

I was in the area and considering going to the game. It has been years since I went to a game, so I thought it would be fun . . . until I realized the parking situation. At that point, I drove home and was very happy to have my front row seats in front of the TV!!!

I usually park for free at the rec center across the street from Oxford Police Department. There's a sidewalk that takes you straight up to The Grove.

You can also get to the same walk if you park at the old Oxford Middle School on MLK. The walk is where the old rr track went through the Hilgard Cut under University Ave. It begins at Molly Bar Rd., and comes out at the depot. Great for biking to the games too.
