then i see this posted on the thread that the poster took from the Rivals board. If this is indeed hck from the Spirit site, then every ole miss fan should dump their membership tot hat site. He is basically defending Yancey's actions, saying the is responsible for OM getting recruits over the years. But at the same time he has said in other post that a recruiting guy has no bearing on where a kids goes to school.
I have been around recruiting sites for 20 years and I will say I have never saw or heard of a kid picking a school because of a recruiting guy, nor have they ever not picked a school because of said recruiting guy.
UNLESS the recruiting guy is paying a recruit ..
But just the arrogance in Chuck's statements would make me drop my membership in a second.
My membership to the A&M site on 247 lets me read that site, but not post. I am not a paying member there or I would drop it.

What transpired yesterday is a very serious matter that we are not taking lightly. People's reputations and ability to make an honest living are at stake and I will not rush to make any kind of statement until I am absolutely confident I am doing the right thing and saying what needs to be said.

HUGE NCAA violation if Yancy is getting involved in recruiting. Lane has to be about sick of seeing that shit.

Ben at about the 18 min mark said he has worked with Porter for 13 years and he has never used a "stringer"...I think that about nails it

Yancy is a liability to Ole Miss recruiting. His latest antics will cost Ole Miss, the Ole Miss football team, and the OM Spirit a hit to their reputation. If he did makeup comments recently and just got caught, how many times has he done this in the past and not gotten caught? It will be interesting to see how this drama unfolds, but most likely nothing will be done by the Spirit. Now, on the other hand, Lane may ban him from being around the football team and recruits. Regardless of the situation, Ole Miss has been given another black eye by an entity that is supposed to be supportive of the University.

Looks like Porter and Rounsaville have both been let go and maybe Ben Garrett too….what a mess. Rounsaville maybe able to retire at this point — I hope Yancey learns from his mistakes and lands on his feet — I may not care for him but I don’t wish loss of livelihood on him.
Really hate it for Ben Garrett — hope he finds something soon.

I hear Chuck will end up on Shannon Terry's new recruiting site. I signed up last month it was $10 for a year and they didnt have site yet for A&M, but it's coming. They dont have one for Ole Miss yet, but I think with the way 247 handled the situation, terry will give Chuck a place to land. terry was the owner of 247 that hired Chuck in the first place.This is where I feel he will end up soon...
