Arkansas is a must-win for the Rebels in order for the team to build momentum for a successful season. The top 20 rating for the team was too soon and the Alabama game showed how dominant Alabama can be. Of course, giving Alabama the short field on failed 4th down conversions which resulted in 21 points was not favorable for Ole Miss. In addition not being able to control the line of scrimmage on both offense and defense gave Alabama a decisive advantage. The talent at Alabama is pro level and the Tide showed their dominance. Regardless of the game, the Rebels need to put this game behind them and put focus on the Arkansas game.
Arkansas also had a tough game against Georgia. Georgia proved their dominance and hoepfully the Rebel staff will find some weaknesses from this game film. Ole Miss will have the home team advantage, but you can be assured that the Hogs will come ready to play. The Rebels need to avoid the atrocities of last year's game and focus on a new game plan.
For Arkansas, Barry Odom is a fantastic defensive coach and you can be assured he will draw up a good defensive scheme against the Rebels. On the offensive side of the ball, Kendall Briles will do his best to create an offensive attack to combat the Rebel's defense. Kiffin and his staff know the importance of this game and will get the team ready to play. This is good for Rebel fans to know you have a coach and staff that realizes the importance of games and does not just sit around looking like a deer in the headlights.
This will be a good game and a victory for either team will have significant meaning to shape the remainder of the season. Overall, the Rebels better be ready for a big matchup with the Hogs. Okay, get your popcorn ready!!!

I agree. I think this game will determine how our season goes. Arkansas has some good talent and will emulate the exact same game plan that Alabama used against us.
