I wonder if Terry has given up his lawsuit? I just took a look and here is the last thing I see on this case, which was 9 months ago on 9/28/2020. 

ETA: Looks like Barney Farrar's latest on his lawsuit against the NCAA was on 10/9/2020 here, which appears to be the same as David Saunders' lawsuit here.
