Wonder why it is he’s such a bad postseason coach? I mean, he’s a good regular season coach and his record of getting to the postseason reflects that....but my gosh, the way his teams fold in the postseason...I don’t understand it .

I think the team takes on the identity of its coach. We play scared and wilt under pressure

Bianco has done all he can for Ole Miss baseball. He has put the Rebels at the top, but he just cannot get them to Omaha. It is time to either find him a lucrative position in the Athletic Dept. or let his contract expire. Ole Miss has the facilities, the fan support, and the funds to be better.
Each year, Rebel fans see the same thing. A top-rated team that starts well, only to have mediocre results in SEC play. Then when it comes to post-season play, the Rebels end up losing.
The SEC will get tougher with TAMU making a good hire and you can ensure LSU will also make a good hire. Bianco has peaked as a coach and should be replaced by someone who can make Ole Miss a championship baseball team.

By making it to the super regional and putting butts in the seats , the only way I see him leaving is being hired by LSU. Skip Bertman is lobbying for Bianco hard. He says that LSU has more to offer than Ole Miss for Bianco to win championships at LSU.

LSU does have more to offer Bianco, so LSU should hire him. Please, please, please, LSU hire Bianco. He is an alumnus and would be a great coach for you.
Meanwhile, in Oxford, Keith Carter works frantically to give Bianco an extension and Ole Miss baseball stays stagnant. It is easier for Carter to give an extension than do a search to find another coach. Bianco's 2021 post-season play will override his drop from being #1 in the nation and be just good enough for Carter to extend his contract.
Personally, it would be better to have a few down seasons and let a new coach develop. Look at what UT has done. They had decent teams, got in a rut, made a hire, had a few bad seasons, and now are at the top of the SEC and going to Omaha. Most likely Ole Miss will never take that chance.

Because of all the problems LSU has right now , they want a squeaky clean coach. The reason LSU doesn't want Cliff Godwin is because hes not married. So Bianco checks all the boxes. The only drawback is Bianco doesn't want to coach his sons. So theres that.

Bianco also has it made in Oxford. He likes the town and knows that if he has a mediocre season, then his job is safe due to his past performances. If he would just hire a pitching coach, get more pitchers on the roster, and quit micromanaging his staff, that could make a difference.

That sounds great but that is why we are even having this discussion. For at least 10 years, we have been hoping for solid hires and less micromanaging but it just hasn't happen.

As mentioned, Rebel fans have been saying this for 10 years, and the reality of the matter is that Bianco is not going to change. Most likely he will get a contract extension and more security for his job. If LSU tries to hire Bianco, Ole Miss will probably drastically increase his salary. Then in 10 more years, Ole Miss will be having the same results.

That is what is so frustrating to us "realistic" ole miss fans. Mississippi State is going to their 4 straight CWS, leading the Nation with that stat and Bianco has gotten us to 1 in 21 years. Watching the dogs play tonight just magnifies the difference. They seldom swing at bad pitches and those out of the strike zone. They can play long ball and utilizes the small ball game when necessary, They don't make many base-running mistakes.
Look at the job the Tennessee Coach has done in 4 short years.... He has completely transformed their program. Every team has improved this year except us and A&M. Texas AM made a change.
