Another name i am hearing that A&M is "kicking the tires on" is Cliff Godwin, that many OM fans will probably remember. He was lead recruiter from 2011-2014 and asst coach during those seasons and helped OM go to the CWS in 2014 and left after that season to take the HCing job at East Carolina. Even though he is coaching at his alma mater, they cant offer SEC $$$.
Heard a lot of great things about him, he might be the wild card if the TCU coach doesnt end up taking the job, etc.
Anyone here have any thoughts on him.
He has done a great job at East Carolina

I’m not really savvy enough in college baseball to tell you how good of a coach he is but I know a lot of Ole Miss fans would like for him to be Bianco’s successor

This has been in the works for a while. After listening to his intro PC yesterday, I am fired up about the hire!

TAMU really missed the mark with Bianco. We will still give him up if y'all want him!!!!
