Pre-game with Matt
Well....Matt laid the groundwork for the excuse.....He harped on how young we are.... Another excuse instead of saying we're gonna kick some ass..... So.....if that's his attitude, unfortunately, I fear the worst......
How is it that we are perpetually "young".....? I don't get it....
He was panther quick and Leather tough.
If he figured that He'd been pushed enough.

That's been his go-to excuse for poor OL play his entire time at Ole Miss.

Now he can add, well Wilkins was hurt and Patterson as well. You can't expect me to win like that. Which has some legitimacy but most of us know the injuries aren't affecting his ccoaching skills that much.
Show me someone who doesn't care if they win or lose and I will show you a loser.

How many times is Patterson going to overthrow receivers?!? He’s either not as good as advertised or dumb as a brick.

I think he had just had terrible coaching. Looks like he has gotten scared to just play. Maybe it's just him being scared that a terrible OL will get him killed.

Question about Luke- does anyone think he should have challenged about 3 different calls but never did. I'm thinking especially our second drive where Knox caught the pass on 3rd down but the ref marked it about a yard back and we had 4th and 1

His deep ball is not accurate at all. His short passes are thrown like rockets, which is why they slip the receiver and lead to interceptions. Coaching could help him.
