TJ FINLEY l$u transfer
to Auburn. He is really really going to have to improve to ever see the field as a starting QB in the SEC.

My guess is he'll only see the field during garbage time or if Nix goes down with an injury. Finley is a big kid - I think his best bet is to move to TE.

No way he will ever play before Nix, the Auburn people will burn the place down if that were to happen. Plus he is not even in the same world as Nix as a QB. That is not saying Nix is all world, but just how bad Finley is at QB. I see Finley is a guy who will leave after this next season and go to a 1-AA school and play qb. Where he should have gone in the first place if he wanted to play QB.
While he does have TE size, just do not think he has the mentality to play TE. He wants to be a QB, that is why i see him transferring again.
Finley was not that highly of a recruited guy.
Auburn Signed Dematrius Davis a 4 star guy in this 2021 Class that is damn good prospect. Led North Shore in Houston to 2 straight 6A ( highest division in Texas) state titles and to the title game as a SR. Lots of Kyler Murray comparison's in Texas.
in 2020 signed the Garrett kid out of Florida Power House Lakeland High School. The Dreadnaughts have at least 5-6 Power 5 guys a year sign. So he will be in the mix
