Kaepernick files grievance against NFL...

He's being represented by high profile celebrity attorney Mark Geragos. I think the filing of a grievance is a required prerequisite to suing the NFL.

Hey, Colin, you've got to produce to be selected.  Maybe there will be a counter suit and the NFL will take all the money you earned.  Most likely you do not have the smarts or aptitude to have a real job, so your income stream could dry up soon.

Well, being the cynic that I am, the thought crossed my mind that since he started all this flag crap maybe he's pushing the idea that he can extort something in return for making a statement that he was wrong to disrespect the country in that way and thus it might diffuse the current movement.....That would be cheap for the NFL compared to what they're losing right now.
