After reviewing the SEC Asst. Coaches salaries, it seems like Ole Miss should step up to the play and add $500k to $1M to the salary pool. The school needs to find this money somewhere in order to show commitment to these coaches. Otherwise, these coaches are subject to being poached by other schools.

I'm glad to see our salaries lower after the Luke era. This gives us much room to grow so that we can keep them next year as OM gets better and better.
