    I see Kevin Sumlin is out at Arizona

    Losing 70-7 to their in state rival very likely hastened that one I’m sure - never really understood that hire in the first place.

    Coaching is a crazy thing.  Manzell made him, had he stayed one more year he might have won a championship

    Much like having a cam,  burrow, etc, players make you look better than you are. But when the planets don’t align, you get exposed.  Kevin was never a great coach, just lucky.

    True - and he also had Case Keenum at Houston and that helped get him in position to get that A&M job....and if I remember correctly he inherited Keenum from Art Briles when he was the head coach at Houston.

    Unfortunately sumlin has some off the field issues that are interfering with his coaching ability. Maybe he will finally admit to it and get help. 2 of my HC that i work for and lifelong friend has 2 twin brothers played for him in HS,  that coach for Sumlin.   Bad deal
