Just read where federal investigators boarded his private plane in california and found a gold plated gun that he received as a Father's Day gift.  He is facing up to 10 years in prison.  Charges stem from him being convicted of a felony years ago so he isnt eligible to possess a weapon. 

He openly supported trump, especially leading up to the election.  I didnt see a date on when this happened but saw where documents were filed November 17 so I'm assuming it occurred after the election.  Coincidence or trying to punish him for supporting trump?
