It appears the defendants are now counter suing Rebel Rags. Most likely this case will go nowhere. The NCAA has lots of money and is protecting themselves along with the players who were coerced to lie about Ole Miss.

counter suing? good gawd i hate the NCAA, with a white hot passion. they destroyed our program and tried to destroy a mom and pop store just to get at ole miss. and that mom and pop is supposed to eat it? f###k the NCAA. I hope the lawyers who are helping have the fortitude, resources and drive to see this thing to the end

The NCAA is desperately trying to have the court seal certain documents that Charlie Merkel, Counsel for Rebel Rags, is seeking. Although I am lawyer, it doesn't take one to see that all the defendants are trying very hard to hide something that they don't want to see the light of day.
