We started watching ESPN Gameday this morning. This lasted about 5 minutes until they started their agenda for inequality and social justice. Now I do feel their is inequality. Here is my example of inequality. These athletes are getting a full ride to obtain a quality education. For a 4 year degree, the cost is easily $160,000. After college these athletes have the opportunity to make MILLIONS in the NFL or even get a cushy job through their college connections. Now I had to work and pay for my own education. I also had to hustle to get the jobs throughout my career. I am thankful for what I have and realize it takes both hard work and dedication to get where I am today. The problem is that most of these young kids want things handed to them and do not understand the ethics of dedication and hard work.

You just have to know what to watch and when. Why the hell would anyone EVER watch ESPN Gameday? That's always been a total waste of time; more so today. If that's all you watched, you missed some good games. Louisiana upset Iowa State, and Arkansas State upset Kansas State. There were no references to social justice, just some pretty good football. Trying to watch stuff like Gameday is just asking to be frustrated and angry. NFL ( National F'ing Losers) is not even on my radar, screw 'em.

I haven't watched any games this year so far. Sports has always been a great distraction from any problems - politics becoming a forefront in sports (even at the college level), has really caused it to lose a bit of enjoyment, in my opinion. After having to watch Matt Luke the last few years, I've slowly found other things to occupy my time. I'm looking forward to watching Ole Miss football this season - but I'm not as big of an overall fan as I used to be.

I checked espn on my phone 1 time last night after honestly forgetting there was football. I am done with all of this mess for a bit.

I watched parts of a couple of games. Enjoyed the football but have no desire to watch the pregame shows, etc because you're gonna hear the politics no doubt. Did not watch and do not plan to watch any NFL, and I gave up on the NBA years ago.

I wish I cared but I don't. If the sport ever gets cleaned up, maybe I will. I'm not expecting that to happen.

I did watch some of the Ark. State and the Ragin' Cajun games. I'm waiting to see what the SEC does and what will be allowed on the back of jerseys (as per that Idiot Sankey). I'm not in to this liberal socialistic political crap. I don't watch the NFL (haven't for at least two years) because of their political agendas. Don't watch or support Rebel basketball anymore because of the kneeling problems. This is purely a communistic ploy to bring our country into a socialistic style system and bring the world into a one world government.
I believe this coronovirus was a deliberate and willful act perpetrated by China. I can't prove it but I do believe it.
People need to recognize the true socialist propaganda behind what has taken place the past four years in trying to unseat a duly elected PRESIDENT of the United States and the elevated propaganda happening now especially in the democrat run cities and state governments where police and other law enforcement officials are hand-cuffed from performing their duties and arsonists, domestic terrorists, and street thugs are not held accountable for their actions according to the laws but are turned loose by democrat attorney generals and district attorneys with no record of arrests. This is not to mention the democrat governors, the DNC, and multiple news medias not acknowledging the riots, looting, and burning, murdering of police officers as violence or breaking the law.
But we have athletes who have swallowed this crap of "social justice" while kneeling, remaining in the dressing room until after the national anthem, demanding "reform," defunding the police, and other social propaganda instead of realizing that the BEST justice comes with sweat, hard work, and EDUCATION, not running up and down the street yelling and wanting something "GIVEN" to them, but EARNING it.
Our country is headed down a dark and dismal road if the democrats win this upcoming election.
Bottom line is: I will watch the Rebels play but not if they put "slogans" on the backs of their jerseys or BLM on their uniforms.
I stand for the flag and this country of ours and I kneel ONLY to GOD.

I agree with you Meridian I still am waiting to see the Rebels play but I HAVE NOT watched any other college game or NFL game. I am done with the NFL and mostly done with college except for Ole Miss.. At my age I am not going to stress out over watching any other team but I am going to watch the Rebels. I just hope they don't get into this BLM crap

Former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka has reiterated his disgust over NFL players who protest during the national anthem, telling them if they don’t like the U.S.A., they should “go to another country.”
In an interview on Newsmax TV on Monday, the Hall of Fame coach once again wagged his finger at the “privileged” players who have become incredibly wealthy playing football.
“Football’s football. It’s not a complicated thing. You’re playing the game, you’re enjoying the game. You don’t like the game, get out of it,” Ditka told host Shaun Kraisman.
“It’s not for protesting one way or the other. What color you are, what you think, this or that,” Ditka continued. “You play football. That’s it. You’re privileged. You got a gift from God that you can play the game because you got a body you can do it with. I don’t really understand what you’re protesting. I played the game. I coached the game for a long time. It makes no sense to me.
“You got to get down on your hands and knees and thank God every night that you can make the kind of money you can make playing football,” Ditka said.
The man immortalized in Chicago as “Da Coach” then slammed those protesting and, as he has in past interviews, he went on to tell them to get out of the U.S.A. if they hate it here so much.
“I would tell those players go to another country and play football there,” he said. “You don’t have to come out. You don’t have to come out if you go to another country. You can’t! Because the game’s only played in this country. And if you can’t respect this country, get the hell out of it.”
The coach delivered this same sentiment during an interview in July, as well.
As he did with Newsmax, in an interview with TMZ Sports, Ditka blasted the athletes demonstrating against the country that has given them so much.
“If you can’t respect our national anthem, get the hell out of the country,” Ditka said. “That’s the way I feel. Of course, I’m old fashioned, so I’m only going to say what I feel.”
Millions of fans seem to be lining up on Ditka’s side over this point as the NFL’s TV ratings have cratered nearly 30 percent since it has gone all-in for Black Lives Matter propaganda.
