I am giving him the presumption of innocence. I have seen way to many of these college guys get screwed by a accusation. A 25K bond of essentially a rape charge is nothing. I have also always believed it was BS to suspend a person that hasnt been convicted, this goes with the NFL also. If you have video of them doing it, then go ahead and suspend, but until then, wait for the trial.
I can name so many of these cases where the player ends up losing his eligibility, free college, etc and is found innocent.
It goes without saying, if he is guilty, lock him up.
