    Is Tate Reeves mentally challenged?

    Putting aside his "support" (he was bought and paid for) the IHL, why in the hell would that dumbshit decide to embarrass MS by declaring April "Confederate Heritage Month"? That guy has to be the biggest dumbass to ever hold office.

    I really do think the guy is just mentally impaired.
