Vitter should be fired, not Bjork. Vitter is the one constantly screwing up and Bjork has to do what his boss tells him to do (just like the rest of us). The problem is, how the hell do we get a Chancellor removed that clearly doesn't know what the hell he is doing?

The sudden and unexpected departure of Freeze just before the start of the season caught most everyone cold. The only option was to name someone on staff Interim HC. Luke, an Ole Miss alum with time on the staff, was the best choice. It would be too risky to name a new hire like McGriff or Longo as Interim HC. They had no history with the players, whereas Luke did. Naming Luke as interim HC was a temporary, stopgap measure designed to get us through a season that already was in trouble.

The main problem we have now is lack of SEC defensive talent and depth. Freeze didn't seem to be able to recruit much. Until we get  some, we're going to keepi crapping out on defense. As Bear Bryant said: "You can't win the Kentucky Derby riding a jackass."
