Not many signed, no real surprises, and a low number class.

I think Kiffin tried but is more concerned with next year's class than this one. He wanted to get the staff right. He didn't have much time to build relationships with targets.

He got a grad transfer TE we needed, a db tsf from Ga, a 4 star rb from Miami would never have been in on, an OL from TX who decommited from AZ, 4 star Clowney for the DL, a promising OL prospect who they deem more than worthy (All American HS) but the cup half empty folks can whine abut those we lost or didn't flip. Coulda been better coulda been worse,

We will never win them all, we will never lose them all, but in the end we should be playing at a higher level with better athletes.

It will be interesting to see who appears in the Transfer Portal after Spring Practices and some of the kids on every team figure out that they aren't going to make the rotation where they are. Maybe we go none, maybe we get a couple.

Don't worry,be happy;<) We are going to be fine. CLK will get things organized staff wise, get a handle on our needs and get after it. We do not need Tom Luke in our offices with his son at GA. Just saying' it ain't a good idea. If Tom needs a job then some alum hire him.

There is no doubt that Tom Luke needs to go. We will see how politically connected he is if he stays.
It is good to see that Lane did not just start passing out scholarships without having some qualified talent. There will most likely be some good players in the transfer portal, plus some of those scholarships can be used for 2021. This staff seems to be the type of staff that can coach up players. We have not had a staff that can coach ups players since I can remember.

Agree! We cut some commits we could have had to fill the roster but he's trying to upgrade us (hopefully) so let's give him the shot!

It is better to have quality than quantity. This will yield good players who are not taking up slots for four years.
