I love the idea of the landshark. But the way we handle these things is the reason we are terrible. We have been farting around with this mascot for a good 15 years. Think about that, almost 2 decades. We should have made the change and lived with what we picked. But we are more interested in these type of things than the product on the field.

The mascot was a Rebel. Then the Rebel became a Bear. Now the Bear is a Landshark. What will the mascot be in another three years, when some politically correct save the marine life group decides that the Landshark is not politically correct.
