Its almost obvious that Roach was/is trying to do what he can to sabotage Ole Miss.  He accepted a job with the NYG at the peak of recruiting season.  This job could have been accepted after recruiting season ends.  Then he gets a big title along with what is most assuredly a big raise, and he back stabs Kiffin by considering a job at Alabama.  This consideration is causing a negative effect on recruiting DLs. 

It is ironic that the media is leaked in a way that is detrimental to Ole Miss.  Saban is a master at orchestrating these media leaks and is probably pulling the puppet strings on Roach.  Since Roach has proven that he is not dedicated to the efforts at Ole Miss, Kiffin should let him go.  There are better coaches out there and Ole Miss needs someone who wants to be on staff in Oxford.

This is why when people were dogging Lane about waiting to offer Roach the asst HCing title and raise i said not so fast. Roach had that on the table the entire time. But played the game and got what he ultimately wanted, a job at BAma.

Now it's Lane's job to kick their ass
