West Virginia: Source tells FootballScoop Neal Brown is targeting former Ole Miss linebackers coach
Jeff Koonz for the linebackers role at WVU. Koonz spent the 2019 season at Ole Miss, 2017-18
at North Texas, 2014-16 at Cincinnati and the 2010-13 seasons at Louisiana Tech.

Koonz seemed to be a good coach. It is good to see these other coaches get jobs. Not only does it show they are in demand, but it also provides a reduced payment by Ole MIss in the event there is a buyout to be paid to them in addition to having an offset clause in their Ole Miss contract. Unfortunatley, Bjerk and the political circus at Ole MIss left the offset clause out of Fluke's contract.
