I'm all for the GiAnts hiring the Baylor head coach.  Opening with them next season, a little new coach to new coach battle might be a real good thing for our opener.

I'm done with the Giants.  I bet I didn't miss watching more than five games during the Eli era.  I think he got hosed big time by Shumar and was glad as hell that that smug POS got the axe.  I still say they could have gotten Jones at 16 vice six.  I'll admit Jones has been better than I figured.  Giants missed out on some major opportunities on the DL and OL when selecting not only Jones but going back years would include skipping over Tunsil for Eli Apple or Sheppard, forget which.  Reese was a freaking idiot.  McAdoo even worse, and Shumar not quite as bumbling as McAdoo but equally inept.  

I don't have any ill-will for Jones, but I pulled against the Giants in hope that Shumar would be fired.  He screwed Eli - big time.  I wlll never pull for them again, except when playing the Cowgirls and Dik Presnott.  The Eagles might be as good as any team right now, despite playing with half a dozen practice squad players.
