These coaches are very much overpaid. Why can they not base a coach's salary on results?

Well, if you think about it, who on that campus is EVER held responsible for the results they deliver? As far as I can see, for example, I have no clue who our chancellor answers to other than some body of non Ole Miss people....now what could possible go wrong THERE?
